CZero Dao’s business model in the voluntary carbon market is as follows.

The Dao members of CZero plan carbon reduction projects together and create programs, and the members participate in the program.

Activities to generate carbon credits in the voluntary carbon market include:

  1. Renewable energy
  2. Using Energy Efficiency Products
  3. Use low-carbon transportation options such as public transportation, cycling, and electric vehicles
  4. Forest Preservation and Restoration
  5. Reduce and recycle waste
  6. Carbon capture

There are many other activities, but CZero DAO mainly plan reduction projects related to №2, 3, 4, and 5 related to the voluntary carbon market, register the planned projects with the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a certification agency, and make a program to get carbon reduction figures from registered projects.

In addition, CZero tokens will be given to Dao members who carry out the carbon reduction program registered with the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the revenue earned by making credits to the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry through the activities of Dao members will be supplied with paired tokens in the CZero token liquidity pool, which will be incinerated to support the value of the CZero token. — Token Incineration System

The carbon credits created by Dao members are registered in the Chamber of Commerce’s voluntary carbon market and purchased by companies that need them, which enables them to achieve RE100, ESG management.

In this way, the joint climate action of the Dao members will enable them to gain and participate in the Voluntary Carbon Market. Members can be rewarded for their actions while contributing to a sustainable future and carbon neutrality by their actions.
